VIRTUAL FALL RECRUITMENT
by: ):If you havent heard already, Tennessee, and other SEC schools just announced their sorority fall recruitment will be completely virtual from start to finish. With our recruitment being the largest in the country, it only makes sense we are soon to follow.

There’s no way to do the first round of rush virtually. There are just way too many pnms and it would take an entire week just to get through one round. Since the first round is mostly just cutting grade risks and reputation risks, my house is recommending we skip IWTs. We’ll make our first round cuts and send them to Panhellenic and the Zoom interviews would start with philanthropy. It will save a ton of time of us not having to do video chats with sketchy or low-GPA girls we know we’re cutting anyway.

as someone with everything that y’all look for and a 3.2 gpa, and a 32 ACT don’t rule out girls that may not have a high GPA immediately, especially if you don’t know circumstances. i’m not “sketchy.” doing something like this takes away opportunities for girls you’d otherwise miss out on.

Sorry, no one cares about your ACT score. Congrats, you did well on a high flawed standardized testing system. Your GPA shows your work ethic and how you apply yourself. Also, don’t be conceited and say you have everything houses look for - with that attitude you most definitely do not have everything houses look for as you lack humility and grace. Good luck!
