It is true. Everyone is so bitter to see new row houses improve. Sorry but not everyone is from bham and mobile anymore

^ @Bye you must’ve really hurt someone’s feelings. No, y’all are slipping and you know it. No one goes into rush wanting those “top” houses unless they are from Birmingham or Mobile. The only argument some of these houses have are “we’re old row” or “we have good retention rates”... like most pnms don’t care about that anymore hahahahaha. Some of the houses listed as top are actually top but there are some that just simply aren’t top anymore. Other houses are starting to become more popular and y’all can not accept that.

You think they put themselves last on the middle row? I’m guessing you don’t like they’ve passed your house. They had a great rush - let them enjoy it! My house is ranked lower than I think it should be but who cares??

It’s been a few years since Phi Mu got a top pledge class. They’ve fallen in the ranks. They only appeal to a specific type of girl, where the other top houses have more broad appeal.

Have gotten a sub-par pledge class the last two years and that makes up over 50% of their house.

All Phi Mus are the same it’s weird. With AXO, Kappa, XO, DDD and AGD there’s a big variety: each house has girls that party, smart girls, pretty girls, super involved girls and they all look different.
It seems like Phi Mus are all carbon copies of each other. There’s not much variety with the girls and I think it bothers the top pnms that are looking for an authentic sisterhood. There are plenty of girls dying to get into Phi Mu, don’t get me wrong. But they don’t have the broad appeal the other houses have and not as many girls want Phi Mu as want some of the other houses.

Kappa is a top house but doesn’t really have a campus presence. KD has been middle tier for a while now. There are legacies who come wanting them but most PNMs would rather have kappa ddd or xo on their schedule.
