Opinions of PNMs who use finstas

I know some PNMs use finstas to follow private accounts of srat members and to try to get inside info. What are your thoughts on this? Should a PNM be blacklisted if we can prove they have a finsta?

I don’t think they would get blacklisted from my house, but they would have to delete their finsta after getting a bid from us. I’m sure a lot of other houses don’t allow them either
