Definitely way different between their older pc's and the past two years. See that they're aiming to become more of a looks house, and they snagged a few "famous" pnms this past year. Grades are low though and really need work. 1/2 of the prettiest houses (like the literal sorority house) in my opinion. A lot of girls were surprised by how much they liked them when I went through rush. LOVE their instagram, think it's one of the best ones, but they need to be more active. Mostly midwest girls. They COB a lot so not the greatest retention.
