I think they're really improving. LOVE their insta. They COB so their retention isn't great, but it's seeming to get better. A lot of fun girls, and they snagged a few "famous" girls these past few years. Definitely getting more fun and prettier with each pc. Don't judge for physical appearance.

not naming names but one of the girls is from VA. Girls lived a few doors down from me. All houses have crazy girls though. But if girls are gonna keep bumping their post about how great they are, PNMs have a right to know. All of the houses have some kind of scandal though. But you’ve been warned. Don’t take everything this site says as truth bc most of the post on this thread are the same DZs trying to compensate. Go through rush and see if you actually like them before making judgements.

improved a ton over the past couple years. instagram is super cute and all the girls ive met are super pretty and genuinely nice. not the typical ditsy blonde girl stereotype like some other chapters which is a good thing for sure.

Yes DZ is definitely improving. Their new house helped a lot. Are they anywhere near PiPhi? No.
