New NPC guidelines

by:

On the 11th NPC released guidelines on conducting recruitment 100% virtually if necessary. They don’t give any direction on how exactly we would be virtually rushing 2500+ PNMs but it’s still a very interesting read. IMO Alabama would probably just postpone rather than deal with the technical side of this.

It outlines why they are cancelling the no contact period. It also mentions “summer recruitment” but doesn’t go into much detail.

Honestly it sounds like the NPC is worried about a huge drop off in new members based on 1. Lower college enrollment and 2. PNM unwillingness to rush when their first semester is virtual (which imo they should be)

2500+? There were 2281 pnms last year. But I do agree, I can't blame freshmen wanting to save money and go somewhere cheap their first year since there's a chance it may all be online anyway.
