Rush gpa and call backs?

Just curious, but how many of y’all have received a bid with a gpa of 3.4 and below? And how many houses did you get back each round? Let me know! I watched some yt videos and it seems like every girl on yt had a full card every round, which I heard is highly unlikely.

I had a 3.2 gpa and I got a bid! For philanthropy round I got back 5 houses. For sisterhood I got back 3. For pref I got 2.
Don’t be discouraged about how many houses you get back each round, it’ll all work out in the end!

I rushed back in 2017 and I had a 3.1, though grade cuts were a little easier back then than now, I had a full card each round and ended up in an old row sorority. I’m from the north and didn’t have Any connections (though I don’t think my situation is normal, it is still possible) dont stress... all you can do now is have good conversations and make connections with girls during rush and get your recs in.

The average number of invites per round according to GPA was in Greek Chic last year, so prob in this year's too.

I rushed back in 2018 and I had a 3.3. I got 8 during philanthropy, 4 during sisterhood, and 2 during pref. I ended up in my top house in the end! Make sure you get those recs in and you should be good!

I had a 2.8 GPA I got 6 back for philanthropy, 4 back for sisterhood, and pref-ed my top two which both happened to be ironically top 4 in grades.

Houses do grade cuts the after the first round going into philanthropy. So you might have some heavier cuts that round but after that it’s all on you to sell yourself!

rushed 2019 with a 2.7 gpa got 7 houses back for philanthropy, then kept all 7 houses for sisterhood, then got my top 2 houses for pref. I would say I got very lucky with the houses I got back I know many people with my gpa did not have a very good rush.

I know, that’s everyone’s reaction when I tell them how many I got back, like I said I was very lucky. I only had recs for 3 houses. Although I hate to say it I would say my looks had a big part in me getting so many houses back, I have the “typical” sorority girl look so I think so many houses kept me for that reason. Also I had an insane amount of involvement in school and within the community. I also was very good at the sport I played and won a lot of awards so I put that on the résumé so I assumed they liked that. I’m from the west so many houses I got cut from were old row but I knew that would be the case coming in. I’m not wealthy or had thousands of insta followers I was a very average pnm. So even if you have doubts STILL RUSH, houses take chances on girls like me that had low gpas.
