Do sororities care about the other houses you follow
by: RtrActives only- If sororities see that you’re following all the houses does that make you less desirable as a pnm. Also if sororities see you’re only following a few houses are you more desirable in the houses you are following?

I’ve said this on several posts but here we are again: MAXIMIZE YOUR OPTIONS. Following ALL the houses makes you look wayyyyy better bc if you only follow some it can give off a vibe that you think you’re “too good” for the ones you don’t. If I was in a house you didn’t follow im just gonna assume you don’t want us, which isn’t a good idea if you’re wanting a full card back. It’s really not that big of a deal to follow a few more accounts for a few weeks, and if during rush you drop a house or they drop you feel free to unfollow. But I really think it makes you look more appealing if you display Pan Love before rush even starts.

following all the houses is ALWAYS a better look than following only a few. it shows you have an open mind and aren’t making biased opinions prior to rush which can throw out a lot of options you could have loved, which sounds stereotypical but is entirely true. What you see from the outside is definitely not always what you get and social media appearance will always only show the best of the best, whether that sorority chooses to target showing off appearances, experiences, or a mix of the two. Also, every girls experience within the house and socializing with members of the house is entirely different so it’s always best to wait until you can see and make decisions for yourself. Some houses you don’t follow may look at that and take offense to it in a way meaning that you aren’t showing interest in them. Overall, it is 100% better to look open and excited for the entirety of rush and coming of as an open person than someone shut off and easily opinionated in a sense. :-)
