Bid day at the coliseum?

I was looking at the greek chic guide and it said on bid day that pnms meet at the coliseum and open bids, is it not at bryant denny this year??

I think its at the Coliseum because of the work being done with Bryant Denny but that still doesnt make sense since they should be done around then for football games starting very soon after
