Can someone please tell me which srats are on which tiers and which are old and new row? Thanks!

2024 Top Tier:
alpha gam, phi mu, alpha chi, tri delta

I’m on the fence about chi o
They drop top girls that are high on old row houses bid list. They’re similar to alpha gam but AG is the “top grades” house so I don’t know what they’re looking for.
