House call backs

I got 9 back for philanthropy, 6 for sisterhood, 2 for pref. Both of my favorite houses dropped me for pref, so I had a really hard time during rush week. I’m happy now and I’ve made friends in my house, but the majority of girls don’t have the perfect rush that those you tubers had. I still don’t know why I had such a rough rush, I had a really high gpa, tons of extracurriculars and volunteer hours, recs for every house, and I was friendly and outgoing. Being from the north definitely hurt me and automatically got me cut from a lot of the houses, and I have a feeling that my major hurt me too, but I’ll never know why for sure. Just go in and be yourself and if you get full cards back, that’s great! And if you don’t, I know it’s hard not to get discouraged when others around you in your rho chi group are having the perfect rush, but try to trust the process and you’ll end up where you belong
