I would move up beta a spot or two. They always through sick dartys and have alc the whole party. Other frats alc last about 10 mins but beta always seems to have more and more. They also have some pretty cute guys

DX is the best house on Jefferson and is arguably better than Phi Psi and Beta. And Kappa Sig is better than Lambda Chi, Phi Psi and Beta as well.
