There is no way that you can put any Jefferson house with 100+ members and swaps with real sororities with the frat in a box houses like SAM or an off campus house lol. Or have like Phi Psi in the same group as old row house and pike/pi kapp

Put DTD below Phi Sig and Sig Pi.
Put AKL below Sig Tau, they had literally 5 pledges last fall and 40 active members altogether.
I might put Chi Phi below Sig Tau too.
I would put ZBT on the same level as DTD below Phi Sig and Sig Pi.

I don't know why ZBT was ranked so highly, but I don't think they are that good of a house. The guys aren't that cool. They don't outshine any house on Jefferson in terms of parties, rush etc. The only thing is they are such a wealthy house, but thats it really. The only reason I have them above DTD and Sig Tau is because they're really rich. Other than that I would put those three on the same level

they’re ranked highly because of their influence on campus. by far most influential Jefferson house on campus, only jefferson house with better parties is delta chi. they are the 2nd best jefferson house with lambda chi behind them

ZBT has no influence, neither do they have that much girls, neither do they have good parties, no offense but they dont have the coolest guys. When it comes to social circles, ZBT isn't all that good, or they are in a league of their own
