If an active is turned in with proof, Panhellenic will fine the house. Usually the house will then fine the active.
The PNM never gets in trouble because they’re not technically bound by any contact rules. Now, if there’s a super annoying PNM who won’t stop contacting actives, she’ll probably get in “trouble” by being dropped.
