Nope, I didn't get them confused boo. Aopi's house is small too. It isn't as huge a Kappas, Phi Mu, AXO, Zeta, DG, APhi etc. I think you get the point. There is no way DZ had higher dues than DG, Phi Mu and AXO.

aoii has the second newest house backed by the football stadium, which probably is what made their dues the highest last year. definitely not the smallest house by a long shot

All houses are expensive and there is no correlation between most expensive dues and most exclusive houses.
