Fraternity opinions

I am an incoming freshman from eastern Tennessee. What are opinions on these frat houses?
Delta Chi
Pi Kappa Alpha
Delta Tau Delta
Alpha Kappa Lambda
And Chi Phi

DX- They have a cool courtyard, throw good parties, and are overall well liked. They mostly have northern boys from New Jersey.
PIKE- they are definitely a big party house, but are known to be douchebags and have a reputation for spiking drinks.
DTD- They have an old house, but always throw good band parties and have a lot of northern boys. They are for the most part well liked.
AKL- they aren’t really relevant
Chi Phi- They have a bad GPA and are full of geeks.

reason i didn’t list old row is because of you don’t know how to rush you generally don’t ya e the connections for old row, they aren’t better and new row most definently had better parties this past year
