is zeta one of the top houses? and what are they known for?

Yes they are a top house. Disregard the old row, new row bs. Zeta is among the top five and has climbed up since my freshman year in terms of grades. Their retention rate is of the highest also. And they have always been known as being the hot sorority similar to Pi Phi and Alpha Phi.

Zeta’s retention rate is not very high at all. Grades are not strong either, but that’s not everyone’s priority! Zeta is definitely a looks house, but their girls seem to like it. It is definitely not top though because it doesn’t have a large appeal to PNMs like KKG, Tri delt, or XO. Their return rate simply isn’t high enough

Zeta is right on level with PM, XO and DDD. KKG is no longer top, more like upper mid now.

Yes, I would consider zeta one of the top houses. They are known as the prettiest girls on campus and they love to party. Their grades and retention rate is definitely rising by each pledge class. It’s definitely not a house for everyone but the girls who are in it absolutely live for it.

Their grades aren't great and they do cob every year but they are def the prettiest house on campus and guys love them. If you're looking for a party house, then they're top, but if you want a more academic house, then they're not.

If by top house you mean one filled with airhead (strongly lacking personality unless that means showing off skin and money ), MRS degrees (not very intelligent girls), fried hair bleach blondes with bright orange splotchy tans then yes! This is a top house. Strange standard of beauty on the row apparently

Zeta is not a top house, which is why they are doing COB again this semester. Top houses almost never need to do COB because they don't need more members.

I gave an honest opinion filled with facts: y'all are gorgeous and guys (majority) all love you. However, your grades are lower than a majority of sororities. Facts. Check the fall 2019 grade report. You all COB. Fact. You did it this past spring. If you have a problem with the truth, then that's your issue. If I'm "jealous" because I'm honest, then by god I'll take it.

As you can tell by the amount of likes on a previous reply in comparison to others, the girl replying they are gorgeous must be self ranking. If you saw a ZTA on Instagram you would never recognize her appearance in real life behind all the photoshop. The comparison is laughable. Also, by saying guys love them does that mean the boys actually like them or they like how easy they are to get drunk and hook up with? I think we all know the answer to that one, lol.
