Bottom houses??!!!

I’m going to rush next year and was wondering why the bottom houses are considered bottom? (Theta, SK, gamma phi, DG) what sets them apart that makes them less desirable????

no houses are bad, it's just that top chapters have their pick of top pmns and have to make more cuts.the chapters further down the rankings invite more pnms each round to end up with a nm class , and keep showing up on pnm's card after the pnm ranked them lower but didn't get back the houses she wanted.

I’m in a top house and I wasn’t happy when one those “bottom” houses you mentioned cut me during rush because I liked them and wanted to at least keep them on my card.

Basically what makes any bottom house bottom is that they don’t get the best PNMs. Highly driven and smart PNMs will go for houses that offer them the most opportunities and have the highest GPAs. This doesn’t mean most of the girls that end up in bottom houses aren’t smart or driven, but those houses also end up with a lot more of what my house would call vampires (sucks the life out of chapter leadership and only come out at night)

Yeah, some houses don't get to pick girls with the best grades, but I do think the Gamma Phis are choosing girls with sweet personalities, better activities, and cute styles. Eventually they'll probably get their grades higher, but in the meantime, they're not on the bottom anymore

DG is definitely not a bottom house. They’ve were 4th in grades last semester. They have a decent retention rates as well.

Gamma phi is definitely middle now. Grades need improving until then they have a biggest house and great sisterhood.
DG is super involved and is always doing stuff for there philanthropy.
SK is only getting started not a really well after sorority . I notice that SK are only friends with SK
