Obviously they're all incredible but my faves were always dg and tri delt. I love the design of aoii's but I'm not a big fan of the white brick outside (zeta has it too)

They weren’t wrong, zeta and aopi both have light color stone behind the columns that’s different from the brick. I personally like it tho

Theta’s outside is gorgeous but the interiors are not good. They should have pulled an SMU and insisted on hiring their own interior designer. Definitely gives off a “we were on a budget” vibe

I was excited for the new Theta house, but was disappointed because it wasn't a big as everyone else's new house, it definitely looked as though they were on a budget

Pi Phi's interior is gorgeous, but the exterior isn't great imo. It's smooshed b/t KD and Chi O and honestly looks more like a frat house to me. I think the most stunning houses are Alpha Phi, Phi Mu, and Gamma Phi.

I agree. These houses stand out architecturally. Some of the recent builds are nice but befo. To look similar. Also like KDs classic architecture and DG sits on the lot well.

chi o's house is gorgeous and sooo unique. Not a fan of dz's tho. Also sigma kappa's house is very small. Do you think they will get a new house soon

I would have to believe that sigma kappa nationals has a plan in store for a new house if they rechartered here. They must know that every house here has a mansion and they'll need one too if they want to compete with the other sororities eventually

This will only be SK’s second year after re-colonization. They have about 200 less members than the higher retention houses, so they haven’t greatly outgrown their house ( previously used as a swing house). Nationals do have a plan in place to build a new, larger mansion. They needed to wait for all other houses to be complete and hit a few other markers. I’m sure it will happen within the next couple of years.

Gamma Phi has amazing 2 stair cases going up (they weren’t pretty during rush though ) and they have a movie theater . Phi phi is gorgeous inside but outside could do better.

CHI O has the best house hands down!! What was the first house to be given this size of a mansion?? Like when they started all the Renos

I think the iron railing is mehhh looking. I like the more traditional looking houses better like KD, zeta, DG, pi phi
