Lower middle: DZ, AOPI, Theta, DG, Gamma Phi
Lower: APhi, Sigma Kappa, Delta Tau, Alpha Delta Chi
If you don’t like this is probably because your sorority is lower than you imagine. But this is the truth and everyone lowkey knows it.

Zeta, is a great house, but it is not a top house. Does not have high retention, grades, involvement, diversity, or a large appeal like kappa and Tri delt.
AXO, AGD, XO, DDD, and KKG are top.
