Old row houses will typically care a lot more about money, but tbh as long as you’re middle class and can afford it, it shouldn’t affect you too much

What a joke. People in Alabama don't have money. They are peasants who farm other peoples' fields and make perhaps $20k a year if they're lucky. If you make a paltry $80k a year, idiots in Alabama will think that you're rich, when you're really just lower-middle class

It's more about connections than money, honey. Plenty of those high dollar gals are conceited and try to lord it over everybody. Now, you ARE expected to pay your dues and house bills. They make no friends that way. But no, your family doesn't have to be rich. It's more important who you know in a house or how well you connect with women in that house.
