am i gonna be dropped?
by: alexif i have a 3.0 gpa from a hard competitive high school out of state what are my chances of getting houses to keep me? I have the looks, the personality, involvement, etc.

Some will drop you from the start. Go to the Panhellenic website and see what GPAs some sororities require. Kappa Nationally requires a 3.3 iirc, Alpha Phi requires a 2.5. There's a range and some houses who require a lower GPA will cut you because there's just so much competition.

To be honest we don’t keep track of whether your HS was hard or not. Too many girls have the same story. If we want to keep you and GPA is an issue we may check your test scores but generally 3.0s will be weeded out by sisterhood round unless there is something else that’s exceptional about them.
