Maybe Dad’s the rare “multi millionaire” who lived well below his means in the wrong zip code, all dressed in Walmart clothes and prefers travelling to Dollywood. Okay. But in that sense “money”‘isn’t what they are looking for.

More common is probably a stretched family - living beyond its means. All the trappings. Debt. Weak bank account. Many houses will take that if you pay their bills.

But don’t kid yourself, the above are MOSTLY exceptions. And it doesn’t take too much conversation to understand.

Did you belong to a country club growing up and if so which one? The good ones generally vet or are beyond the means of the stretched. People know the better ones.

What does Dad do? Surgeon or teacher - makes a difference. If it’s still it clear.

Where’s your second home and how often do you go? Having one is a good sign, going often better and one in certain areas better yet.

And people (especially the wealthy) always know others from your town. Did you go to the same private school as “their friends” perfect!

If you only heard of, know of, know someone who went their, visited, rented, have a relative who has a house there, etc. good odds Dad isn’t the one with the bank account.

To be clear, I am not suggesting these types are wise or smart

Just pointing out that now house is immune from taking girls who are struggling financially to be there.

So, if you were easily able to pay the bill, I am saying you shouldn’t worry too much.

The point should also be clear, that everyone can differentiate the truly wealthy. That’s not too hard.But again, no house has only members in that league.

I have read comments here that “anyone”
can have all the stuff some girls here do if they are willing to be in debt, and that’s how all these girls do it. These people are fools, there are plenty here who have all the trappings - comfortably without financial stress.

That being said those who act like some houses have only these “truly wealthy” types are fooling themselves as well.

And if you believe some have only “old” money - even more fantasy.

All I can say is don t try to fake it. You are easily flushed out.

Be yourself. And if you are smar, friendly, pretty, and put together you'll do fine.
