house management, oversight and organization

Have heard stories of frustration with houses because of “bad management”.
Things like poor communication, executive councils acting without consensus, Illogical rules and inconsistent discipline, advisors who take sides, etc.
Can anyone comment on houses that are better managed and have fewer of these issues.

Agree. It’s Bama Greek life - exclusion, secrecy, slights, power struggles, poor communication and irrational decisions are “standard operating procedures”!
But, as noted above - as these massive houses with pretty big budgets are run by 18 to 20 year olds in their spare time - it actually goes fairly smoothly!!!!
