why is axo so great

They have a bigger Greekrank following/alums, etc that says they are and always puts them top. That's why they are always ranked top but to be fair they are a good sorority because of grades and they get good girls like many other sororities. The other similar sororities just don't live on Greekrank.

Not an AXO but other old row. They are viewed as a top from an in state, Birmingham centric perspective. They get a lot of high grade, cute, socially acceptable over achiever girls. The “star” girls from high school. There are many others right there with them on all this but what sets AXO apart is the consistency. For pnms looking for stronger social aspect to Greek life, they don’t stand out as much but they are fine there too.

What’s strange is that AXO is not a Southern powerhouse anywhere else. I mean they’re a decent national sorority with good chapters at many schools. But they are not considered prestigious at very many other schools....interesting.
They certainly don’t have many “wealthy alumnae” or “famous member” status that LOTS of other groups have: KKG, Pi Phi, Chi O, Theta, DDD, etc.

you go around telling people that your chapter may be bottom on the campus where you pledged but it has famous and wealthy alumnae somewhere else? Hilarious. If your chapter is awesome in your home state, they prob wouldn't have pledged you.
