I’ve been told the only OR sororities that will take you if your gpa is less than 3.2 is kappa or Kd. Does Zeta and APhi cut like this too? I’m open to everything but was hoping for a bid to one of the social houses.

Kappa and KD won’t take a 3.2 unless you’re a legacy or friends with everyone in the house.

They will take you as will most houses except for AXO, DDD, XO, AGD, Theta and Aopi. Those houses are very selective academically.

Every sorority NR and OR will have some type of grade requirement. Some will take a certain amount of grade exceptions.

A 3.2 probably won’t be seen as a grade exception for most. A 3.4 or better should meet the requirement of 3/4 of the chapters. Anything below a 3.0 would be where things will start to get iffy for a PNM. You may not have full schedules each round but you will still have options.

Alphi will take you if you're social and pretty. Grades are not a factor and their house average is a 3.1. You may not fit in if grades are important to you.
