Top: DDD, KKG, ZTA, XO, AXO, APhi
Upper Mid: PM, KD, AGD
Mid: GPhi, PBP, DZ
Lower mid/Upper Bottom: AOP, ADPi, DG
Bottom: KAT, SK, SDT

Exactly! Kappa is not anywhere near as good as Phi Mu... Obviously a bunch of self ranking Kappas on here. They try so hard😂

New row sororities have more oos members so their retention rates among upper classmen are lower. It’s very expensive to attend Alabama oos and some choose to do so for two years. Spring recruitment and cob bidding does not mean a sorority is “lower”. If all of your members are from Alabama, you are less likely to lose any. Instate means cheaper and closer.. that’s why all the KDs can afford those range rovers y’all love to brag about.

Went and looked it up- before scholarships, Alabama is about $10,000 for instate and $30,000 for oos. Add $13000 for room and board plus sorority dues.....

Thank you. So tired of OR acting like their houses have these amazing retention rates because of how wonderful they are. Their members live an hour away and aren’t paying even close to what anyone else pays. I think cob and spring recruitment are smart tools for awesome houses to continue growing.

That's just BS. OR houses do have awesome retention rates, and way way less than half of every OR house is out of state even the ones who have the most in state members.
Some NR houses have awesome retention rates too. You don't see Theta or DG on the list of houses able to do COB, and those houses are almost all OOS.
APhi didn't lose half their members because they decided to go back to their home state. Half their members were kicked out.
