Memo to angry municipal candidate:
You were outvoted by a bloc of voters that preferred another candidate.
The real question is why a student population that makes up 25% of the city and accounts for 50% of its economy was so passive in previous municipal elections.
And you have the audacity to claim that YOU represent the student district.
Take your outrage elsewhere, the charade is over.

I get why she's bitter, but it's still their vote in an area where they reside 10-12 months of the year. They did it of their own, conscious free will. Not to mention, I know several girls who voted for a different person, but were still celebrated by their houses for just going to vote. It's a little crazy to think girls were coerced or forced to vote for someone. If I wasn't registered to vote in B'ham, I would've voted here for whomever I thought would be best.
