Over the years it has become painfully obvious to anyone attending UA that NEW ROW has long ago surpassed Old Row in QUALITY of membership and prestige. ALL the top rushees have been creamed by new row for years leaving Old Row fraternities and sororities in a downward spiral.
OLD ROW for both fraternities and sororities have become known as the home for 3rd, 4th, 5 th chance home for those people who were not able to get a bid from their 1st, 2nd,3rd,4th choices to get a bid from and have found their home on Old Row.
Thanks for opening your doors to people that would otherwise not have a home in the Greek System.

Perhaps that’s because those houses have standards unlike Old Row who will take any pig out there just so their inbreeding was done in Alabama.

If old row is so terrible, then please answer these:
1. The RFP process requires the houses that have the highest return rates during rush to make the biggest cuts on the first rounds. It’s quite obvious in the rho chi groups that all of old tow makes the biggest cuts as almost half the pnms are dropped by them the first day.
2. On bid day, why are there never any pledges crying on the old row front lawns, but there are plenty to be found crying in front of the new row houses they just pledged?
3: Why does EVERY ranking on this site list EVERY old row house (except KD) ABOVE all of the new row houses?

Because the oldies take in state girls, who are still a large percentage of BAMA students. New row thinks the purpose of college is to expand your horizons and
enlarge your social circle.
