Here is the truth. Ignore ranks and look at the houses reputation instead.
KKG, DDD, XO ( the most solid this year)
AGD, ZETA, DZ, AOPI (most improved)
PM, AXO, GPB (these three had an off year but still ok)
Theta, SK, DG, Aphi (not much movement either direction)
KD, Adpi, Pi Phi ( SOS: send help immediately. These houses were on shaky ground and tanked miserably). \n\n\n\n\n

Looks good- I don’t think AXO is that great and they were def outrushed by Agd, ddd, and xo this year. I would argue that kappa and Aopi stole some of their PNMs too. KD and GPB sort of remind me of each other in that they are all over the place. You usually see the same girls on insta and never see the whole pc. It’s like they focus on 20 PNMs during rush and then just fill in the rest. Those are my least two fav houses here.

I had Alpha Gam, AOII, XO, Alpha Chi, and Zeta in my top five of my top eight. I was very happy knowing that I would land in any one of these five. There are so many wonderful girls in every group, though. These were my top 5, but that doesn't mean these 5 are right for everyone. From there, I chose Alpha Gam and AOII as my preference houses.

Completely agree! Love to see some of the changing of the guard! KD shot itself in the foot by releasing so many great girls early forcing them to backtrack immediately to pull out a halfway decent recruitment. Not their best year by any means. Definitely agree that AOII and Alpha Gam secured some great girls pushing them way up. I would love to support DDD, and they do get good girls for the most part, but it is so driven by legacies only no matter what or who the legacies are. That can get tricky for pledge classes especially when so many legacies are from moms from small schools with very little competition.
