house types grouped

No tank intended description of house types.
AXO, XO, and AGD: very southern, Christian, and conservative houses. Focused on grades and involvement.
KKG and KD: Southern, but more from larger cities. Generally wealthier, less conservative and less religious than above. KKG a bit more open geographically. KD focused on its type/locales.
DDD, ZTA and PiPhi - very similar memberships - fun,
Social and outgoing. Give DDD a slight nod for grades and southern; ZTA for looks and PiPhi a bit more chill. But despite subtle distinctions all seem similar.
PM - southern pageant. Stands alone as very “appearance” focused House that is a bit uptight.
APhi, GPhi, DZ - grouped as looks socially focused less southern houses. But more random membership than the DDD, ZTA and PiPhi group
ADPi, DG AOPi: Nice girls with an out of state and out of region focus.
Theta - independent minded girls.
SK - new and developing.

I think of AXO and PM of cross rushing more, so I’d put these two together. And AGD has more pageant winners than PM.
I’d put DDD more with KD and KKG, although they are slightly less party and more grades and involvement focused like XO. I think DDD has the biggest mix and they are hardest to pin down, but I don’t see the crossover with ZTA and Pi Phi.
ADPi is more of a grades house, closer to AXO and AGD with a less southern focus.

I like how Tri Delt doesn’t have a set stereotype. Also, yes about AGD and the pageant girls like how are there soooo many in that house

I've always associated AGD with small-town Alabama pageant girls whereas Phi Mu gets the girls from OOS bigger cities.
I'm sad to see ADPi struggling because it looked for a while like they would be able to grab some of those strong, academic non-southern PNMs that old row houses overlooked. But houses like AXO, XO, and DDD have shown they're willing to be more geographically open.

Miss Florida is AGD and from the Orlando area, so not a small town pageant winner and not from Alabama.

Not every girl in each house can be described like the “stereotype”. There are trends though.

True. Aphi seems to be trying to hang on by self ranking a lot on GR but those of us who actually go here know better

most people would rather be in gphi than aphi because the girls in aphi are the dumbest and most shallow ones on the row and they're not even that good looking anymore

Other than the “old row” thing, I just see DDD and ZTA as very similar and do not see DDD grouped with KKG/KD.
Also, may put PiPhi with the APhi, GPhi, DZ group.
Agree PM is “separate” from others but pageant may not be the best description as comments suggest. I’d go with “appearance focused”.
Agree this is better than ranks.
