kkg post questioning top tier status deleted

Noticed a post asking why kappa was considered top tier because although it is old row, they never post except recently for holidays, the girls they do post aren’t cute at all & none of them have their sorority in their bio except maybe the most recent pc so if they paid for it to be deleted...again why are they top tier I’m genuinely confused
