Especially since the Universities construction plans and projects are posted on the website and no where is it listed that anything is going to be built next to Pi Kap, in fact the only two fraternities getting new houses are ZBT and Chi Phi as the university is going to expand onto their properties and there new houses are not going to be on University Blvd but behind the Pike house. No time frame set for this yet but definitely in the next 5 years.

Yeah Sig Tau paid the University 1.6 Mill for the spot and to start building in April
