IMO pi phi and KD are pretty much the same. They both get girls who didn’t make the cut with kappa, DDD and Xo. They have moms living in the past and didn’t want them to try something “new” like Zeta or Aphi even though both are better. Both are def middle tier though

Pi phi has been here longer than Aphi but prob the same as Zeta. However, they are considered an acceptable alternative for Alabama moms if you don’t get OR. Alabama moms aren't ready to embrace zeta and Aphi even though they are amazing houses.

ZTA has been on campus longer than any OR house besides KD. They may not be everybody's cup of tea, but you can't knock them for tradition and history.

First sororities with houses were KD, AGD, and DDD ie first circle. ADPi is also really old but they didn’t have a house until later.

Do you really want that? That would be the bottom. I think OP is generous to put KD middle tier. They aren’t involved, don’t rush well, have poor sisterhood and spoiled girls who don’t amount to much if they actually graduate. Just saying.....

Actually Aopi and DZ out rushed Adpi and pi phi this year. DG got left off this list but I would put them ahead of Adpi and pi phi too.
