AXO, DDD, XO
axo, ddd, and xo are all the epitome of top old row sororities southern, cute, involved, high grades, lots of history
AGD, PM, KKG
agd is rising with a good pc 19, lots of involvement and high grades, phi mu had a very different pc 19 but not necessarily bad, are asked to all the top fraternity date parties, kappa continues to be strong but honestly not heard about a lot around campus good or bad
ZTA, KD, PBP, DZ
zeta is definitely the top of new row, very fun and liked by fraternities, most of them are nicer than they get credit for, kd is better than most new row but struggling to keep up with other old row during recruitment and it has shown in pc 19, really exclusive to old row fraternities, pi phi is cute and most of them seem nice and somewhat involved, dz is definitely on the rise with a great pc 19, more involvement and lots of fun oos girls, could improve on grades
AOPi, DG, APhi, GPhi
aopi and dg has solid pledge with lots of nice oos with good grades, panhellenic involvement isn’t the best but seems to do a lot with their own philanthropy, aphi and gphi are cute and liked by fraternities but not the classiest and have had multiple scandals
ADPi, Theta, SK
tbh adpi fell a lot with a subpar pc 19 and struggling to fill their house, still decently involved and has good grades, theta continues to recruit nice & fun oos girls, mostly staying the same, sk is new and doing a great job growing just give them a few years and hopefully a new house!

Who comes on here and says these things? Really!
Here’s how conversations really go after you are an active:
Glad I’m in my house - it’s the best.
Have some friends that are in XYZ and while it’s alright and everything I’m still better where I’m at. Ultimately glad I didn't choose/get them, I don’t like there.....
Maybe could see myself in house ABC and maybe even DEF, there are some cool girls there,
but it’s hard to tell. (No one talks about more than two other houses and usually one!).
I can’t stand that group from EFG that’s always .....
My roommate and her friends in PPP are.....
Why do people think that house is known for (fill in the blank) the girls I’ve met are....“not”.
Honestly, these conversations aren’t that consistent to justify the sameness of the ranks you see here.
And what I really can’t beleive is that people have beliefs about all houses. There’s about three houses including mine I can differentiate or have some detailed sense of, a couple that tend to get on my nerves based on a few girls (or my recruitment perspective) and most that really run together/I don’t have an opinion about.
Tend to think about knowing people and the house they happen to be in as very secondary. It’s rare to know enough Girls from one house to make a collective opinion.
I really can’t see actives coming on here and doing this ranking.
Get off this site - it’s toxic.

Top house - My house
Mid top - one other.
Bottom - two or three where my crazy roommate/girl who wants my boyfriend/some bit— belongs
Mid - all others .

None really. I watch their instas and read their twitter if they have it. I also see what's said here, and make sure to rank the houses I hate lower. Easy peasy!
