what is my likely hood for receiving a bid?

i’m possibly transferring to UA next fall. I am an OOS and will be a junior upon arriving. My GPA is around a 2.9. do I still have a good chance of getting a few bids?

Why would you ask random people who don't know you and have never seen you to tell you if you'll get a bid or not. Do you not see this is ludicrous?
