aopi & alpha gam

First off, I don’t think AGD is bottom of the top based off of their last two PCs... I think AGD cross rushes with alpha chi more than any other house. I guess the same girls who like AGD also like AOPI bc they both have smart and sweet girls, but alpha gam never loses a girl to AOPI. This year I think AOPI might have taken some girls from Pi Phi but I don’t think they stole any girls from Old Row.

Both are very well liked on campus and filled with sweet, pretty, and smart girls. They both have GREAT sitting at home games as well!
I think AOII has a little more cultural representation from girls across the country, not just the South which I think is very appealing to PNMs especially since Alabama has over 60% of its incoming student body from out-of-state. I definitely think that AOII and Alpha Gam rush similar girls, and I think they split girls. Some go AOII and some go Alpha Gam. I don't think that many girls care about OR and NR anymore. It just isn't relevant. Great girls in both groups!

You say 60% of students are from out of state, but you fail to mention that 90% of those are from other Southern states - GA, TN, MS, SC, etc. that’s why Alpha Gam (and all of Old Row) will always be top tier.

AOPi y’all are great and all but y’all need to chill tf out on here. It’s excessive. AOPI didn’t steal any girls from old row and that is perfectly fine! Everyone has a place but please calm down on the self ranking... AOPi simply can’t compete with alpha chi, alpha gam, chi o, or Tri delt

AOPi is a good house for a specific type of girl. And that type is smart, involved girls that struggle a bit in the looks dept and get cut by the houses mentioned above and also the rest of Old Row, ADPi, PBP, GPB, ZTA, APHi among others.

The insecurity of the mental midgets that attach their self worth to Greek letters is hilarious. Thank goodness I have never met any of you morons. I have friends in many OR and NR houses and they are all great. They all laugh and complain about the same things in their respective houses. They also wouldn’t change anything about the house they pledged. AOII is not a “top” tier house based purely on the metric of tradition, which is strongly tied to social status. That doesn’t mean that AOII isn’t a first choice or the best choice for many girls. The same can be said for all of the “lower tier” houses.

please stop making it obvious that AOPi is self ranking... AOPi Nationals is doing this across the country. They are concerned about self ranking... they told their freshman that if they were out drinking to say they were “Tri Delts bc they have a rep.” Are you kiding me AOPi??? Thinking you are some how better or classier than Tri delt? Freaking own up and proudly say you are in AOPi and get off greek rank and actually improve your house
