looking to join a house on jefferson. dont have the money to pledge a university house. what are the best houses on jefferson?

The dues are essentially the same. Look up the ifc brochure, they have every fraternity”a dues per semester

that is absolutely not true. some of the houses on university are upwards of 6000$ a semester.

the dues are actually more for some houses the good jefferson’s houses dues are ~4000

ZBT and Delta Chi are the best

ZBT, KS, LXA are the only houses on jefferson 100+ years old. they will be the most traditional of the jefferson houses
