These are the real ranks including the new members:
Top: Kappa, Alpha Chi, Phi Mu, KD
Upper Middle: Tri Delt, ZTA, Chi O, Alpha Gam
Middle: Alpha Phi, Pi Phi, ADPi
Lower Middle: Gamma Phi, DG
Lower: AOPi, Theta, DZ
Face it - ZTA is very competitive with top houses now. It APhi did not kick out several dozen non paying members a couple of years ago, they would be in ZTA's place, near the top. Theta has moved up. ChiO and Tri Delt are basically interchangeable. Alpha Gam struggling to stay in top group. Alpha Phi is better than Gamma Phi Beta, ADPi, and Pi Phi no matter how many alums post here. Kappa is the strongest top house.

The truth is this (no order within the tiers) based in rush and consistency. KD still appeals to some great girls but they aren’t top with PNMs or actives. Not bashing them, it’s just fact.
Kappa, AXO, XO, PM, Zeta, AGD
DDD, DZ, APHI, AOPI, GPB
THETA, Pi phi, KD, SK, DG, Adpi

Zeta is top tier, like it or not. So is XO and DDD. KD is not top tier. This is all fact. So you can keep posting they should be top and Zeta should be bottom but they have switched places. Deal with it

I don’t think you could ever pick a true “best” because each range is too close. Trade KD and Kappa with Tri Delt and Chi O. Move Zeta down a level and then rank within range by person preference.

Then According to your logic, KD should not be ranked Top. They have had years of snaps and only their 2018 Pc was strong in the last six years. Why do they get a pass but no one else does???

KD isnt top 3 or anything but their weak pledge classes were way stronger than Zeta’s weak pledge classes and their average pledge classes equal Zeta’s strongest. That’s why. Zeta is self ranking a lot on here because they had a good for them pledge class this year. I know this sounds harsh but it is true. They didn’t steal and PNM from anyone.

Zeta has out performed KD every year for at least the Last four years. KDs only claim to fame is tradition. That’s it.

Zeta is so working overtime on this board - as always - also Kappa is not that high - truthfully I think Kappa needs to be lower

Are ranks based only on recruitment? I have to be honest, I can not consider any house as top tier if they lose a lot of members throughout the year. This standard Impacts lots of top/middle tiers. Its one thing to attract PNMs that don’t know your house, but definitely another to lose members that do know your house.
