university vs. jefferson fraternities

Are all University fraternities better than the Jefferson frats?

Yes, they are larger and more prestigious. They also definitely have the money to build the mega houses.

the university houses may be bigger and more “prestigious” but the guys aren’t nearly as nice or down to earth as the guys from the jefferson frats. you’ll most likely have a good time no matter where you go, but i prefer the jefferson houses 100%

Kappa Sig and Delta Chi have both been on campus for over 100 years....under their local chapter names. Know your UA Greek history.

there are some jefferson houses that are better than lower tier university houses, the best jefferson houses are Kappa Sig, ZBT, D Chi, and maybe LXA

A lot of the guys in Jefferson houses are from OOS that didn’t do anything for rush before they moved in their freshman year. The university houses don’t have better guys just more “connected” southern boys

No. There are a couple of Jefferson houses (DX, KE, DTD, LXA, ZBT) that have more tradition at the Capstone than a few houses on University (Beta, Phi Psi, ATO). Don't be fooled by the McMansions and eye candy.

Well none of the 5 you listed have reached a 100 years and ATO is one of the oldest on campus, so your logic is definitely wrong.

There are good guys in all frats, but let's be honest. Jefferson's are smaller, and generally lower gpa. Check out the greek grade report for size and grade rank.

# 7 literally just said “frats” so obviously anything they say irrelevant, since anyone that knows any anything about UA knows we never say “frats”. I mean are they from California or something?? No thank you!
