fraternity rush

I'm a freshman planning on going through fraternity rush. I've contacted rush chairs and I'm trying to get an idea about the houses here. The fraternity ranking on this site are as follows:
1. SAE
2. Chi phi
3. DKE
4. Theta chi
5. Pi Kap phi
I know anyone can vote on here without having to sign in or anything, so I was wondering if this was pretty accurate or not. Just trying to get a better idea of it all. Thanks

SAE, DKE, OX and Pi Kapp are all top 10 houses, the first 3 are probably the top 3 houses, but Chi Phi isn't in the top 15. 10 best houses are in no order SAE, DKE, KA, SN, Phi Gam, OX, DX, SX, Pike and Pi Kapp, but if you haven't already gotten a bid or at least contacted most of them, you probably won't get in. Beta, LXA, ZBT, DTD, KS, and Phi Delt are all decent options after that, along with maybe ATO.

As far as I know Phi Delt has already given out most bids. They are old row and also a top house. Chi phi is def in the top 10 too.
