ranks and explanations 2.0

I’m back! Here’s my revised rank with explanations after a month of PC 19
Top: DDD, XO, PM, AXO
These houses were phenomenal and highly sought after during rush. XO did amazing and stole pnm’s that were strongly desired by KD and KKG. PM had a less phi mu-like pledge class but it was diverse and all the girls loved them. DDD did well as usual. AXO did amazing per usual. These houses are difficult to get bids from and only take incredibly well rounded women.
Lower Top: KD, AGD, KKG
KKG surprisingly had to give out some snaps but nonetheless they still got a great PC. They have been pretty quiet so far this year. WOW Alpha Gam, y’all did fantastic. Stole target girls from KD and KKG. Enough to move you to the top of the top? No, but you have to give credit where credit is due. KD... wtf? NJ and CA girls by the boatload... maybe if y’all weren’t so worried about legacies this wouldn’t have been an issue. Used to be top of the top but they overestimated themselves this year. These houses are still great and tough to get invited back to. All well rounded.
Upper Middle: ZTA, APHI, PBP
Have heard nothing but amazing things about all 3 of these PC’s. They swept new row, thats for sure. All of these houses have difficulties with retentions, so stay tuned to see if that effects their rankings. These houses were ones that girls dies to get asked back to. Picky and got who they wanted. I could see the argument of ZTA moving up to lower top. They’re PC was INSANE!!
Lower Middle: ADPI, DG, AOII
Pretty irrelevant, IMO. Adpi and DG are generally strong middle houses, but they were so highly undesired and got few to no high profile pnms. Aoii moved up, they had a really good pc! Girls seemed to really like them. Definitely moving toward the trendy side.
Lower: GPHI, DZ, KAT, SK
Gphi took some really risky girls. If they’re last on the grade reports this year, don’t be surprised. Definitely filling in Aphi’s old shoes of qr’s. DZ and KAT both got better PC’s than usual, but that still doesn’t mean they’re good. Moving up, though. KAT’s house definitely helped them. SK can’t really count yet.

I just wanna know why everyone sucks gphi off on this site when in reality 3/4 of their house aren’t the zta/aphi girls that they like to show off

Really? How many do you know? I hate people who try to judge a house on the looks of the few girls you know. Any house. Even if you have a favorable opinion because they're sooooo hot, that doesn't mean that the whole house is or if they're not one bit cute, other girls that you DON'T know may be. Plus it doesn't even matter because maybe they were recruited for academics or because their mother is a professor at UCLA or because their grandma is best friends with one of the most important alumnae. And it doesn't matter because sororities are not picking classes to be judged by stupid, flabby, fraternity "men" with peach fuzz on their pudgy faces.

If you're in a house you do pretty much know the applications of all the girls. What do you think we're doing all summer and before recruitment? So yeah, we know who we want and we know where they go if we don't get them.
