So did Theta, and that house has been in top half of grades and has not had retention issues for past three years... yet still at the bottom here. Both DZ and KAT should be higher than APhi.

Not a theta fan girl but by all accounts they are solid middle. Every Theta you meet is super pulled together and nice. I just don't understand the hate.
