real bottom ranks
by: My opinionIn my opinion, the real bottom houses are the ones who can not hang onto their members and have lots of drops. Don't give me that "we had a bunch graduate early or, we had too many OOS who went home" crap. Every house has these. If you consistently have members dropping, then your in-house culture is that of a bottom house.

That is the truth, you can be a "bottom' house and if very few are dropping, then their must be something keeping the others there.. good sisterhood, friendships. A "top" house is not a top house if you don't have a strong connection of friendships ans girls are leaving.
