Agree contact school admin. Time to close down the “machine”. Contact each national and admin let’s ban the “machine” THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LOSERS!

Can not understand why sororitys belong and give their power to a bunch of low-performing frat boys that run the machine.
sororitys should look to how well they performed for stadium seating (def not a machine approved move) and keep pushing their own agenda, not the machine's.

This is the general feeling in my house. No one will ever do anything but no one likes it or thinks it is right. Every election tests our integrity and reminds us that we really have no place at the table. We vote against our best interest and that of the school. We are just there to serve the old system that is so outdated and broken it is amazing that there is even Greek life at UA. Someday it would be amazing if we all stood up together and declared independence. It takes courage and that is something lacking on the row. Won't happen in my time here but I would support it.

...except Theta. Theta turned down Machine offer to join, and never joined. Actually, I do not believe SK has joined either.

We can change this any time we decide to. All it would take is for the girls to band together and vote their consciences, not according to what the machine says. We can do it. We have the power. Just don't know if we are ready to think for ourselves.

Now the good 'ol boys use the threat of social isolation to keep the girls in line. Before girls were in of course they swapped but if houses drop out individually they will try to penalize us socially and online like here at GR. Look at what they have tried with theta. Has never worked there and they continue to be strong and respected on campus. We would need to follow in a big way, not a trickle. We would need the majority or all of us to drop out together. Then they would not be able to pit us against each other. That we are involved in this entire thing is just humiliating to us and for what? What are we getting out of this relationship? Time to move on
