Saw the old row rankings so thought I would strictly rank new row mostly based off pc 19... no rankings in tiers

I'm not in a NR house but Theta is too low. They should be up a few rows and GPhi should move up a row with them. ADpi is forgettable right now and should move down a row. I don't really know enough people in the other houses to have too much of an opinion but the rest seem about right from vibe this year.
