large chapters

Is it hard getting to know/becoming close with so many girls in one chapter? Do you ever walk around campus and see someone in your letters and think 'who is this girl and why have I never seen her before?' I hope I don't come off as rude I'm just really curious about this!!

That's normal in the beginning, don't worry. Just smile at them when you see them.

Yes, at first. You'll spend a lot of time at the house and/or with everyone your first semester with pledge meetings, swaps, homecoming, meals, chapter, etc. You'll be surprised how quickly you learn everyone's names. Until then, smile and wave when you see your letters! I always loved seeing so many sisters out, even if I didn't recognize 'em, because a smile and a hello just makes anyone's day better :)
