Party girl:
ZTA, Kappa,
KD, A Phi

With Zeta’s PC19, if they retain those girls, they deserve a spot with kappa. KD giving out 30 snap bids is embarrassing and Alpha Phi does well with the Cali and trendy girls
For Smart and Involved girl:
AXO, AGD, XO
ADPi, Tri Delt
AOPi, DG
Theta
The top three cross rush so much there isn’t one in a tier on its own, but AXO def has a slight edge over XO and AGD. With AGD’s two recent PCs and XO’s latest top PC, they have returned back to the status of Old Row. ADPi’s latest PC is different than their norm and not as shiny as years past. AOPi really stepped it up this year and Theta did well with their new house, but are still not as strong as the others. Tri Delt is confusing bc they are the chill version of a lot of different types of that makes sense.
Pageant girls:
PM, AXO
AGD
PM’s new PC is very confusing, maybe Zeta and AXO took some of their girls???
AGD has a lot of southern pageant gals because they have a lot of old, small town AL prestige, but they are not on the pageant level of Alpha Chi and PM.
Trendy Girls:
Zeta, Kappa
Pi Phi, A Phi
G Phi, DZ
Idk where Tri Delt should be because they are a little bit of everything but they are the chiller version of all the tops of each category.
Idk where to put DZ and SK, DZ has a solid PC19 and SK is too new to tell but they seem to have some nice pledges
I think this a better way of ranking bc different types of girls are attracted to different houses. YOU CAN FIND EVERY TYPE OF GIRL IN EVERY HOUSE. Some just have more of type than others.
