2019 real ranks

No ranks within tiers. Houses are ranked by PNM desire, grades, sisterhood, involvement, and popularity on campus.

Tier 1: Alpha Chi, Phi Mu, Kappa, Chi O, ZTA
Tier 2: Tri Delt, ADPi, Pi Phi, KD, DG, Alpha Gam
Tier 3: Alpha Phi, Theta, SK, Gamma Phi, AOPi, DZ

ZTA has been bumped up after last recruitment. Not my personal favorite, but hey tons of girls want ZTA.

I haven’t made a previous rank. As stated I’m not a ZTA fan, but I have to admit throughout the past years they have gained popularity while houses like alpha gam have struggled.

Chi o and Zeta should go down. Just because they had good PCs this year doesn’t make them top tier

This is very true. Like usual, ZTA got the hot pnms that got released by old row for whatever reasons or were too far down their bid list to get a bid (went to pref w old row and zta and ended up zta). you can count on one hand the pnms that chose ZTA over old row.

Zeta is not above Tri Delt, KD and AG. They had a decent pledge class this year partly because a lot of girls got them when they didn't make the bid list of their first choice.
