hey ladies!

I"m a PNM, and like many of you I had my share of disappointments this week. I just want to share something that has been on my mind throughout rush: The chapter you are joining is not the chapter you will be leaving. Every year a class will graduate and a new pledge class will join- and YOU have the opportunity to help select them! It's hard to join a smaller, newer chapter when you had your sights on a more established one, but that just offers you more opportunities. You can be a leader in you chapter. If your chapter is struggling or "lower tier" you can help turn them around! Good luck to all of you today. I hope you get your first choice. But if you don't, remember that four years is a long time, and you can help change things. Just put your heart in your sorority and I'm sure you'll love it in no time.
